I’m not a hyper upbeat coach.
I’m not a silent, cerebral counsellor.
I’m not a cosmic oracle.
I’m a switched-on mother and grandmother who has lived enough life – and in enough varied places – to recognise real human patterns when I see them. I bring a calm, intuitive mind and the professional experience to decode what’s beneath the surface.

We are all just humans – and we want empathy, understanding, safety, humour, and a bit of kindly guidance. You and I meet as two individuals – one with a specific life story, one with a specific skillset. Your job is to bring an open mind and readiness.
