Through gentle Hypnotherapy – no swinging watches, I promise, you enter a relaxed, perceptive state that feels very similar to drifting into a daydream.

Your mind becomes calmer, clearer, less defensive, more honest. It’s like getting backstage access to yourself. You always stay in control, alert yet relaxed.

3. We Trace the Root of the Pattern
Your subconscious takes us to the moment ‘the problem’ originally formed. This isn’t a re-enactment and there is no relived trauma.
It’s observation.

6. Integration (The Quiet Part Where Life Changes)
Over the next 21 days, listening daily to your audio, things will shift gently.

EMOTIONAL MYCELIUM®

I have coined this expression ‘Emotional Mycelium®’ as my way of explaining our super-complex human brain.

Under the forest floor, mycelium is the hidden fungal network that keeps the whole ecosystem balanced. Our inner world has something very similar – thoughts, memories, beliefs, protections, fears, loyalties, stories, perceptions – all interconnected and largely invisible.

When I talk about our Emotional Mycelium®, I’m talking about that network that links and connects all parts of us, visible and invisible.
Not a mystical concept, just a practical way of describing the complexity of being human and the need to keep ourselves emotionally nourished and flourishing. Our mind, like the mycelium in dark soil, has astonishing powers of regeneration and renewal. Our subconscious is always doing its best to protect us, even when its methods are outdated. Its job is about survival. My job is to help you navigate that hidden network of mental mycelium with clarity and compassion – so you can untangle what you no longer need and plan your way forward. It is a blend of state-of-the-art, evidence-based neuroscience and old-fashioned human insight.
