‘From the beginning I was a bit worried and doubtful about how it would work online and in another language. However, from the very first moment – or I should say, from the first screen – I felt safe, and it all started with Fiona’s voice. Her tone and energy were very calming and reassuring, which helped me open up completely. After the session I felt quite tired, as it was emotionally intense for me.
